1.5 new potatoes
5 fresh radishes
3.5 cm of cucumber, sliced
3 chestnut mushrooms, raw and thinly sliced
1 salad tomato
6 small Romaine lettuce leaves
1 confit duck leg, skinned and boned
All this topped with finely grated Manchego cheese, and drizzled with a fine balsamic vinegar and Spanish extra virgin olive oil.
Salt and pepper.
